With our 1.5" Espresso Vegetable Tanned leather straps you will primarily see slight surface dings and scratches.  A lot of those can be reduced with leather lotion or conditioner.  With the Vegetable Tanned Espresso, you will also see a lot of natural grain, which is a hallmark of the full-grain leather.  Because the majority of the strap doesn't feature this natural grain a lot of customers are surprised by it.  We have decided to pull them as "imperfects", although we think they're beautiful straps honestly.

This doesn't have any effect on the performance, and would never be seen when worn, but it just wasn't up to our standards to sell it for full price.
