Traditional foam pads can absorb polish too quickly, reducing performance because the polish is trapped below the face of the pad. The CCS Technology solves this problem with partially closed foam cells or dimples on the face of the pad. These pockets capture and gradually release polish as needed during the polishing process. This feature tends to reduce surface tension, pad skipping, and heat generation with less surface area on the face of the pad being in contact with the painted surface. Less surface area means less friction, which in turn increases polishing performance!However, where the Precision Rotary CCS option differs from the Standard CCS option is within some of the construction highlights. These pads are designed to maximize performance, durability, and flexibility with precision accuracy during the rigors of rotary polishing. The profile offers the benefits of a tapered edge yet still offers a vertical side profile for edge polishing. The foam used is the same color as the Standard CCS counterparts but is enhanced to deal with the power of rotary machines. Black - The Lake Country CCS Precision Rotary Black Finishing Pad will help you finish down your paint and bring out that amazing level of clarity! It is made of a unique urethane foam formulation, and it is extremely soft, making it the perfect pad to pair with your favorite protective product. Waxes, sealants, even AIO polishes will work in combination with this pad, providing you with fantastic finishing results! Orange - If you have moderate to heavy imperfections, the Lake Country CCS Precision Rotary Orange Light Cutting Pad will help you remove them safely! Pair this pad with your favorite polish or compound and watch as the high-quality foam construction remove swirls, oxidation, water spots, RIDS and more. These ugly imperfections block the true beauty of your paint, so a good pad/polish combo will really help bring it back to life. After correction, you may be left with some haze so for best results we do recommend following up with a lighter pad/polish combo. Yellow - The Lake Country CCS Precision Rotary Yellow Cutting Pad will allow you to safely remove heavy imperfections in your paint! Swirls, sanding marks, hazing, scratches, and oxidation can greatly take away from the look of your vehicle and these imperfections do come in different severities. If you have severe imperfections the yellow pad is the one you will want to reach for. Since this pad is tackling heavy imperfections, you'll want to follow up with a lighter pad and polish combo afterward.  White - The Lake Country CCS Precision Rotary White Polishing Pad helps remove light imperfections while finishing down extremely well! This white foam pad is made from high quality, soft foam that finishes down extremely well but also removes a great deal of imperfections fast and easy. We often recommend this pad with light polishes, but it also works great with AIO, glazes, paint cleaners and more. Swirls, light scratches, oxidation, light watermarks, and more. All of the Lake Country Precision Rotary CCS pads are 1.25" (1 1/4") Thick and beveled, meaning the back is 1" smaller than the front. The 6" pad (5" back) and 7" pad (6" back).
