June-July-August 1954 One of the rarest numbers of Derriere le Miroir, published in 1954 following Chagall exhibition of 29 paintings about Paris at Galerie Maeght. This issue contains 9 original lithographs by Chagall in color of which one in double page: La Nuit a Paris, La Tour Eiffel à l'Âne, Le Dimanche, Quai aux Fleurs, Quai de Bercy, Les Monstres de Notre-Dame, Saint-Germain des Prés, L'Opéra, Le Carrousel du Louvre; and two original lithographs in black and white: Mère et Enfant à la Tour Eiffel, Le Panthéon". Text in French by Marcel Arland and Lionello Venturi. Beautiful copy, in very good condition with minor wear on the edges. More pictures on request.
