Our B-complex provides B vitamins in biologically appropriate dosages, designed for stress and energy support. This formula offers excellent absorption, and it’s free of allergens and other ingredients that might irritate sensitive systems, so it’s well tolerated, even by very sensitive people who may have trouble taking B vitamins in other forms. One of the most common doctor recommendations to women under stress is to take a B-Complex vitamin. This formula is a perfect choice. With a small once-a-day dose, this formula fits easily into a busy lifestyle.  We recommend that you take a multivitamin supplement with minerals daily in addition to our B-Complex, to giive your body other needed nutrients. All of the B vitamins work synergistically, and each has different functions in the body, so it’s best to take a full B complex rather than just a few individual vitamins. The body cannot store large amounts, so B vitamins must be continuously replaced in the body. Alcohol, tea, coffee, sugar and some medications deplete B vitamins, and they can also be run down due to stress. SUGGESTED USAGE: Adults take 1 tablespoon early in the day, with food. Child’s dose is 1/2 to 1 tablespoon per day. May be divided into 2-3 doses for ideal absorption. Take last dose before 4pm if sleep disturbance is seen. Please start B-Complex at a low dose and increase gradually over a period of 1 to 2 weeks, to give the body time to adjust. People often report feeling a little nervous or restless when they increase their B vitamin dosage. This effect should pass in a few days. Everyone has different needs, so reduce your dosage or split it into multiple doses with meals if excessive restlessness or sleeplessness is noted. Children on the autistic spectrum often do well on a higher dose of B vitamins than other individuals, and may require the full adult dosage. Please consult your health practitioner as needed. NOTE: B vitamins are water soluble, so the body will excrete excess amounts.  B vitamins can turn urine a bright fluorescent yellow, which is perfectly normal.
