Instructions to use
USE ONCE A DAY FOR 30 MINUTES. Treatment length when used per directions lasts 14 days. For full results use entire kit. Use up to two kits per year.
APPLY. Peel the upper and lower strip from plastic backing liner and
apply strips to upper and lower teeth. WEAR FOR 30 MINUTES. DO NOT
REMOVE THE TEETH WHITENING STRIPS YET.
HOLD. To start the light treatment, press and hold the two buttons
on the sides of the device simultaneously to turn on light, then
release.
LIGHT. Place the light against strips for 5 minutes. Light will turn
off after 5 minutes. Then remove the light and strips. Peel strips
from back of teeth first to ease removal.
SMILE. Reveal your whiter smile.
It is best if you do not brush your teeth immediately before applying
strips.
TOOTH SENSITIVITY & GUM DISCOMFORT
With all whitening products you may experience tooth sensitivity and/or gum discomfort. These effects are generally mild. These effects are temporary and not harmful. If significant tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort develops, try stopping usage for 2-3 days, then resume usage. If the problem persists, discontinue usage.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended for use in children under the age of 18. Do not swallow plastic strip.
Crest 3DWhitestrips is not a substitute for regular dental care. Visit your dentist regularly.
Avoid contact of gel with eyes, cloth, leather, or fabric. Gel that comes into contact with the skin can cause temporary skin irritation and/or whitening.
Do not eat, smoke, sleep, or drink (with the exception of water) during use.
IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF DENTAL WORK, HAVE DENTAL WORK, OR HAVE STAINING FROM MEDICATION, ASK YOUR DENTIST IF WHITENING IS APPROPRIATE. Crest 3DWhitestrips are designed to hold well to teeth. Do not use on loose teeth, restorations, or braces. Crest 3DWhitestrips will only whiten natural teeth. The strips will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures.
Store in a cool place. Best if used by date noted on the package.
The Crest Light Device is designed to operate for the number of strips in this package. Batteries are included. No replacement necessary.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
To clean The Crest LED Accelerator Light, rinse mouth piece with clean
water and allow to air dry. Device is designed to be water resistant
for cleaning in the sink.
Clean the device after each use.

Avoid staring at the light. You might see temporary spots or after

Should I brush my teeth before or after using Crest Whitening
Products
Crest 3DWhitestrips: you can brush your teeth gently immediately
after using Crest 3DWhitestrips, but we do not recommend brushing
your teeth immediately before applying Crest 3DWhitestrips, because
this may irritate your gums. Make sure to allow enough time to pass
if brushing your teeth prior to application to help avoid gum
irritation.
How Long Should I use The Crest LED Accelerator Light on my Teeth?
Follow the usage instructions outlined in the package and then turn
on and apply the LED Accelerator Light. The LED Accelerator Light
will beep to notify you the lights have turned off in case you can't
see it while in use.
Can I use Crest Whitening Products if I have Sensitive Teeth?
Crest provides several products designed for people with sensitive
teeth. If you experience regular or occasional teeth sensitivity
during or after whitening, consider trying Crest Whitening Emulsions
which is designed to give you 100% whiter teeth (vs. ARC pen
