Description

Rough diamonds were prized as a symbol of power long before they became a symbol of love. In our iconic Talisman medallion, they are brought to life next to encircling arrangements of polished diamonds. The combination of 78 rough, white and fancy colour diamonds, totalling ~3.85 carats, is a De Beers signature. Each is meticulously set using our serti poinçon technique, where the 18K yellow gold is hand-hammered to encapsulate the diamonds on the 30.0 mm-wide medallion. The diamond necklace is set on a chain 45.0 cm in length, with a sizing loop at 42.0 cm. This constellation of rough and fancy colour diamonds creates chromatic light play and a powerful finish.
