First introduced in the early 20th Century as the 'bar,' shoe due to a signature strap across the top of the foot - the Mary Jane adopted it's current name from a female character in the Buster Brown comic strip. A style of shoe typically made from leather or patent leather. So, this season we introduced our take on another classic. Arriving in red patent leather with our hand-painted, then digitally-rendered and printed, cherry across the insole.  Made Different.
