Calathea zebrina This calathea has velvety leaves with dark, bold stripes. It's soft to the touch, and transports you to the jungles of southern Brazil with lush, patterned foliage. Considered a prayer plant, it opens and closes it's leaves with the rise and fall of the sun. Medium to bright indirect light. No direct light. SM: ~9-12" tall and a 4" pot.MD: ~11-14" tall and a 6" pot. Pro-tip: Use distilled water or let tap water sit for a day prior. This prevents leaf tip burn.
