The 40-gallon cargo/passenger bucket comes equipped with removable seating and seat belts for four. A custom MADSEN saddle, Tektro 180mm disc brakes, front and rear thru-axle hubs, rear CNC thru-axle dropouts with integrated caliper mount (so sweet!), thru-axle fork with CNC precision alignment (creating amazing braking power, feel and response!), a custom high rise threadless stem, and an integrated locking system are just a few of the components that make your new MADSEN as tough as it is elegant. With its time-tested 600 lb/271 kg weight capacity and continual refinement since 2007, the MADSEN bucket bike is intentionally built to last for generations, with no planned obsolescence. Just unpack it, install the front wheel, adjust the seat height and handlebars... and you are ready to ride! *All E-MADSEN power-assisted bicycles shipping into Canada are programmed to meet Canada e-bike standards. Canadian E-MADSEN bicycles are limited to 500W sustained power output (like all e-bike motors, the E-MADSEN motors may temporarily spike above 500W during normal operation). Cannot travel faster than 32 kilometers per hour on motor power alone. Cannot be solely controlled by the battery. The motor disengages when the rider stops pedalling.
