You're viewing our Sausage Maker red bologna casings (4-7/8") 124 mm makes 100 lbs. These TSM casings are synthetic and used when making larger size sausages, like bologna. The casing fiber runs lengthwise, making the casings strong enough to be stuffed tighter without the problem of breakage. The synthetic casings do not need to be refrigerated. Prepare your bologna casings by soaking them for 20-30 minutes in tap water prior to using them. The casings are approximately 4-7/8" when stuffed and 24" long. Stuffing capacity for these casings is approximately 1-1/2 lbs. The casings are not edible. Come in a bundle of 10 casings.
