If arm pump is a problem you regularly deal with, it might be time to look into getting a Fasst Flexx 1 1/8" Handlebar to increase comfort and get your grip strength back. Fasst Flexx bars reduce arm pump by isolating vibrations and impacts, keeping them away from your hands so you can retain much more of your grip strength without suffering from arm pump.
