Alsa makes it easy to create homemade French Creme Anglaise (Custard Sauce). Rich and delicious dessert sauce made using premium vanilla beans. Perfect sauce to dip fresh fruits.  Made in France Comes in 10.6oz box Instructions : Bring to a boil 1/2 liter of milk in a saucepan When the milk boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately pour the contents of one packet into the milk. stir with a spatula to obtain a smooth cream Pour the cream into a bowl and leave to cool, stirring occasionally Cover the bowl before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so that the cream thickens Stir one last time before coating my desserts.
