Please note that prescription pairs are nonrefundable once production begins. However, you have the option to wear clip-ons, which can be attached to most existing framed glasses. If you decide to order prescription glasses, here’s what to do: After making your purchase, you'll receive an order number. Please contact us at support@pilestone.com with your order number and: Write "Request lens sample" if you'd like to try sample lenses to find your best match. Or write "I waive the right to try samples and take full responsibility if the lens I picked doesn’t work for me" and provide us with your prescription details.
