Our all-natural Smoked Chicken is a great option for those wanting something other than beef or pork that still captures the authenticity of Central Texas BBQ. Southside Smoked Chicken is moist and succulent with a smoky flavor, golden color, and visible grill marks from the pit. Original BBQ Sauce

Created in Grandma Bracewell’s own kitchen, our Original BBQ Sauce is a tomato-based sauce that’s a little sweet and a little spicy. A thinner sauce, it’s not at all like the super sweet and thick sauces you find in other parts of the country (or even Texas). Our barbeque sauce is very much a product of Central Texas BBQ. When you think of Authentic BBQ from this part of the world, this is the barbeque sauce you’re wanting! Gluten Free

Smoked Beef Brisket (Half)

Each of our USDA Beef Briskets has been hand-seasoned by our own Pitmaster in the spirit of Central Texas authenticity using only salt and black pepper. Smoked low and slow over real Texas post oak wood for 14 – 16 hours, you can now order it here by the half. Choose below between the Flat or Point. The Point is moist and juicy. The Flat is lean and great for slicing. Both are full of flavor and covered in a nice brisket bark. Gluten Free. No MSG. Cooked weight: Flat: 2-3 lbs.      Point: 3-4 lbs.

Smoked Turkey Breast (White Meat Only)

Serve something succulent this season! Our all-natural, boneless Post Oak Smoked Turkey Breast makes an excellent main course. Simply heat and eat for a hassle-free, home-cooked celebration. And, you can share a meal with family that won’t be home for the holidays – just like Santa, we ship nationwide! Gluten Free. No MSG. Each Turkey Breast will weigh 2.5-3 lbs. Turkey Breasts are shipped whole, not sliced.

Whole Smoked Turkey

Seasoned with our own custom blend and smoked slow over real Texas post oak wood – You won’t believe how succulent a turkey can be! Simply heat and eat for a hassle-free, home-cooked celebration. And, you can share a meal with family that won’t be home for the holidays – just like Santa, we ship nationwide! Gluten Free. No MSG. Each Turkey weighs 12-14 lbs. pre-cooked. Finished weight of each turkey will be approximately 8-10 lbs. Turkeys arrive frozen, fully cooked and ready to heat and serve (after defrosting).They can be stored frozen in the freezer for 3-6 months or stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. While turkeys can be served cold, they are best when reheated in a 350 degree oven for 60-90 minutes, until 165 internal. (Time will vary based on oven)To reheat, remove plastic wrap, place in an oven safe pan and cover in foil.
