Inside the chronograph, the Seiko VK64 Mecha-Quartz movement ensures precise timekeeping and a smooth sweeping seconds hand. The mechanically driven chronograph hand takes five steps per second, moving significantly smoother than the typical second tick of a classic quartz watch. Thanks to this movement, the date window is also bigger.
