The hard material quickly wears out tools, makes a mess inside the machine, and loves to find any reason to delamniate and force you to start over. It took us over 8 months from the day of the first conversation with our composites supplier to a finished product while we settled on specs, finishes, pricing, and then waited on the material to be made for us. This carbon fiber is a smooth 3K Twill with a semi-matte finish, complemented by black DLC titanium components.
