An aromatic, herbal mezcal from Clase Azul that celebrates Mexico's little-known Guerrero state. Presented in an eye-catching decanter, it is made with a very rare variety of agave – papalote agave – which grows wild in the mountain ranges of Guerrero. Aromas of grapefruit peel, freshly-cut wood, rosemary, butter and peanut oil fill the nose, complemented by notes of seaweed, lemon juice, pepper and tobacco throughout the palate.
