Tough and ready for action, they’re crafted with tight double stitching for long-lasting performance. Offered individually in 6 to 30 LB weights, as well as in sets of 6 to 14 LB, 18 to 30 LB, and 6 to 30 LB to suit your fitness level, each ball measures 13" in diameter, making it perfect for a variety of exercises. You can throw it against the wall, toss it overhead, or pass it to a buddy. This versatile design targets multiple muscle groups and joints for core training, endurance building, and functional fitness workouts. The large, balanced build is easy-to-grip - whether you’re using it solo or with a partner. Plus, the sturdy loops on each side make it even easier to keep a solid grip during those tough sets. Note: These wall balls are not designed for slam ball exercises.

EZ Load Hex Bar

The EZ Load Hex Bar V2, created to reduce stress on the spine, is built for the highest-level performance in deadlifts, farmer's walks, bent-over rows, shrugs, squats, and more. Crafted as a fully versatile Trap Bar constructed from precision-grade steel. This uniquely designed specialty bar features elevated weight sleeves that sit 10" off the ground and is engineered with three revolving tri-griped knurled handles measuring 1", 1.5", and 2" diameters, respectively. The neutral center-aligned grips are textured with a medium diamond knurl to help you securely hold the bar in place. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 500-pounds, this EZ Load Hex Bar helps to isolate muscle groups, tone, and tighten specific body parts and allows you to accurately perform deadlifts without placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.NOTE: Do not drop the EZ Load Hex Bar. The bar is not designed to be dropped and should be placed on the ground after use.

LB Elite Competition Plates

Crafted with a rugged rubber exterior and reinforced with a hard chrome-plated inner core, the Elite Competition Plates are built to handle the demands of intense training and provide control over your barbell thanks to their low bounce rate upon impact. They feature easy-to-read weight indicators for quick adjustments and are available in pairs of 10 and 25 LB and sold individually in 35, 45, and 55 LB. Each plate features a color-coded indicators to IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) standards for quick identification during your workouts. These plates also have raised lips for easy handling when loading them onto your bar, or for when you need a little extra grip when using them for free weight exercises like weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, and more. With a 50.6 +/- 0.2mm collar opening and a 355mm diameter for the 10 LB plates, and a 450mm diameter for the 25, 35, 45, and 55 LB plates, these bumper plates fit all standard 2" Olympic barbells, making them perfect for both home and commercial gyms.
