Discover the RK3 HD from Apeks, the latest model in the range. Made from high-density thermoplastic rubber, it is stiffer and offers negative buoyancy, ideal for wetsuit diving. With its oversized pocket and spring-loaded strap, it´s easy to put on and take off. Available in Small, Medium, Large. We have not given a shoe size range as this can be misleading. The size of the fin depends on the diving environment: wetsuit boots for warm waters or dry boots for pebble beaches, these conditions influence the space needed in the fin pocket. Inspired by one of the first ventilated rubber fins in North America, the RK3 HD is popular with military personnel and professional divers. Compact and ultra-robust, it´s ideal for harsh environments. The improved foot pocket and spring-loaded straps make it easy to use with cold hands or thick gloves. The RK3 HD´s short, wide canopy offers maximum thrust while remaining manoeuvrable. Its ventilated design reduces drag when climbing and improves thrust when descending, eliminating vortices. Designed to withstand extreme environments, the RK3 HD has carabiner holes for easy storage. The spring-loaded straps, with their optimised buckle, and the simple pin design make it easy to replace the springs if necessary.
