WHAT IS THE BATTERY LIFE OF TREBLAB XR500 WIRELESS EARBUDS? TREBLAB XR500 wireless headphones have up to 9 hours of battery life. WHAT IF MY EARBUDS DON'T TURN ON? 1. Please charge your headset for at least 30 minutes. 2. While plugged in press and hold the power button for 7 seconds to restore the factory settings. The LED indicator should flash 3 times. 3. Unplug the headphones from charging cable and power them on. 4. Set the earbuds into the pairing mode and try connecting to the source device. ONE EARBUD DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 1. Reset the earphones to factory settings (while plugged in press/hold the power button for 7 seconds). 2. Go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete all saved devices from the list by clicking “forget this device.” 3. Turn your device's Bluetooth off, then turn it back on. Treblab earbuds will be deleted. 4. Power off the device, then turn it back on. 5. Unplug Treblab from charging cable then power on. 6. Enter the earbuds into the pairing mode and follow instructions below for connecting. I. Set the buds to discovery mode, by pressing and holding the home button until you see blue and red led’s flashing. II. Find “treblab” in your Bluetooth menu on your device and click “treblab.” And, kindly try adjusting the equalizer on your device and please double-check upon additional apps installed for managing the sound.
