The Winkler Lost Lake Camp Knife is a throw back to one of Daniel Winkler's hand forged models, chosen for the Winkler Knives product line because of its utility and versatility. Made of 1/4" steel, this knife is heavy duty enough for chopping and batoning, but with its full tapered tang it offers enough finesse for food prep and lighter camp chores. The formed leather sheath with Integral belt loop is made by DeSantis Holster in the USA. Note: Winkler products are hand finished. Every scale has been hand contoured, and sculpting is done by hand. Additionally, materials vary a little bit, whether it be due to natural variations in wood, different batches of micarta or G10, or anything else.
