Floral and citrus botanicals create a well-balanced modern Tasmanian Gin. Great in a Martini or classic G&T paired with a neutral tonic water. Botanicals: Angelica Root, Cardamom Pods, Chamomile, Coriander Seed, Eucalyptus, Regnans (Tasmanian Native) Juniper, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, Lemon Peel, Lime Peel, Mandarin Peel, Orris Root and Rose Petals. The 7K Distillery has been located in Derwent Park (just 10 minutes from the Hobart CBD) since 2020 and houses our beautiful copper still that was created entirely by hand by Tyler. It was built with an ethos of environmental consciousness and waste minimisation. Why 7K, it's so named because all Tasmanian postcodes are 7000 numbers, hence, 7K.
