Temperature can be programmed in 1 degree increments and the PID doubles as a shot timer when the brew lever is engaged. The Dripper Tower can brew up to 26 oz of coffee concentrate at a a time with a process that takes approximately 5 hours to complete. Cold water is loaded into the reservoir located on top of the tower while ground coffee goes in the filtered holder below. Water drips from the reservoir and into the grounds, extracting a clean and flavorful cup of coffee with minimal acidity and bitterness. The flow rate of the water is controlled by a valve on the reservoir to adjust for a longer or shorter extraction time.
