Refund policy
Blueprint offers refunds or credits on a case‑by‑case basis when a customer contacts them within 30 days of the order date, providing the order number and reason for the request. Returns are not accepted for food or supplements, and international orders cannot be returned, nor are shipping charges, duties, or taxes refunded. For biomarker testing subscriptions, refunds are possible only if no blood draw has occurred and the request is made within 30 days of the subscription start or renewal; once blood is drawn, refunds are not issued, though missing or erroneous results can be redrawn at no cost. Blueprint reserves the right to limit refunds, credits, or exchanges to prevent abuse.
