This is our most popular kit. It comes with a sensor that quickly mounts on the track. If you have a standard sectional garage door and verified no parts of the door glide up / down over the J-track, this is the kit you want. Our universal kit will work for you, but this one is a bit easier to install. Not sure which one is right for you?
