Each tamale is then wrapped in a paper wrapper and steamed to perfection. Once steamed, these tamales will melt in your mouth. All of our tamales are handmade in small batches to ensure top-notch quality.If you are looking for a tamale with meat, check out our Hatch Green Chile Chicken Tamales or, Hatch Red Chile Pork Tamales.Our tamales come packaged in a dozen and are easy to defrost and steam or heat up in the microwave.
