Our Roasted Hatch Chile is the most convenient way to enjoy delicious, authentic New Mexican green chile. We do all the hard work for you (roasting, peeling, and packaging), then flash freeze your chile to ensure it stays fresh and ready to use throughout the year. All our frozen Hatch Green Chile is flame-roasted in the traditional New Mexican style, peeled by hand, and packaged in 1lb vacuum-sealed freezer bags. We ship frozen on dry ice in insulated containers.We now ship ground to most US addresses and fill all orders for our roasted products out of two strategically located satellite warehouses. Our wreaths are hand-made year-round out of sun-dried chile pequin (also known as chile de arbol). Pequin Wreaths make a beautiful addition to your front door or entryway. We offer our Pequin Wreaths both treated (inedible but preserves color and shine) and untreated (edible but be careful, they are HOT). We cannot ship this product to PO Boxes. Taking some brilliant cues from our Hatch Chile Rellenos, our delicious Hatch Green Chile Cheese Tamales are made with a savory, gooey cheese that perfectly complements the taste and spice of Hatch Green Chile.We use an authentic New Mexican recipe for our tamales. Fluffy masa made with stone-ground maseca (dried corn) is filled with a delicious blend of cheese and Hatch Green Chile. Each tamale is then wrapped in a paper wrapper and steamed to perfection. Once steamed, these tamales will melt in your mouth. All of our tamales are handmade in small batches to ensure top-notch quality.If you are looking for a tamale with meat, check out our Hatch Green Chile Chicken Tamales or, Hatch Red Chile Pork Tamales.Our tamales come packaged in a dozen and are easy to defrost and steam or heat up in the microwave.
