Hardy Epiphyte Tillandsia Cyanea This beauty is commonly known as the pink quill part of the Bromeliad family and native to Ecuador. Bromeliad are epiphytic plants that grow on trees or rocks, but they are not parasitic and simply use the structures as perches from which they gather sun and moisture. Unlike most Tillandsia species, the pink quill can be grown in a pot as well as an air plant. Because the roots don't take in water, they gather moisture and nutrients through their leaves. These moisture loving plants love a good misting or humidifier. Care and Maintenance These plants take up water and nutrients through their leaves, so the soil can stay a bit dry as long as the leaves stay hydrated. They prefer bright-indirect away from any direct sun. Philodendron White Princess

White Princess White Princess is a hybrid Philodendron, that has natural occurring white variegation. These plants have long pointy leaves, unlike the white wizard that has oval leaves. Philo hybrids are generally developed and cultivated by growers for their rare variegations. Common varieties include Imperial, Congo, Autumn, Prince of orange, Pink Princess to name a few. They are also called self-heading philodendrons. These plants are both attractive and very easy to care for. White Princess is a hybrid of the white knight and pink princess. You will notice a yellowish tint in some cases on these which is just the characteristic of the plant, and not necessarily a defect. Important note before you orderThese plants are extremely hard to source, and each plant looks different from the other in size and color—we obviously shot the best looking plant here, but they don't all look the same. In certain cases there might just be one leaf with white variegation. We will not be doing any exchanges or refunds on this plant unless there was a well documented issue with it's delivery. Care and Maintenance These are hardy plants that are actually very easy to care for. Just avoid direct sunlight, but give the plant bright indirect sunlight, bright light is essential for the bright white color. Allow the top one inch of soil to dry before watering the plant. Sansevieria Snake, Dwarf

Hard to kill Sansevieria / Snake Honestly, this is probably one plant that doesn't need much introduction--it's on every possible "best plant for..." list. An all-around winner for being draught tolerant, and doing well both in low-light and direct sunlight situation (bizarre). Sansevieria are succulent plants--they have strong, stiff, almost plastic-like succulent leaves that store water. Plus, these are one of the few plants that release oxygen in the night so it’s ideal for your bedroom. We usually get them in a few different styles/varieties like Bird's nest dwarf or Hahnii, and we ship what's available. The plant you receive may differ a tiny bit but will be close to the pictured style. Care and Maintenance This plant is genuinely versatile and can handle all light conditions. Keep it on the dry side as it has large root balls that store water for drought conditions. Calathea White Fusion

Exceptionally Beautiful Calathea White Fusion Calathea lietzei, commonly known as White Fusion is a gorgeous variety with color markings like no other plant. The backs of the leaves are a gorgeous deep purple and there is white and green markings in the front. These plants are hard to come by, and can be a tad bit of work to maintain, so we don't recommend these for absolute beginners. Calathea varieties include some of the most stunning tropical foliage plants in the world and are often confused with their close relative Maranta or the “prayer plant”. These plants grow on the bed of the tropical forest and have large leaves to catch the dripping water from trees. Care and Maintenance These beautiful plants are a tad bit snobby about their water intake--they do fine with tap, but prefer filtered water. Try and avoid the leaves when watering and keep the soil a tiny bit moist. It likes moderate to high light, but no direct sun. Your 6-Month Plant Upgrade. After spending years on curating a selection of confidence building plants, we are now bringing you some bespoke and highly desirable plants. No matter what your growing experience level is, our phenomenal online houseplant selection has all the tips and tools you need for a successful green thumb. We are working with local growers in New York region to find these rarities that come in limited quantities. Most of these plants are also suitable for new plant parents. At this point we are unable to provide a pet-friendly-only option, but there will be a few of those in the selection. Depending on which version of the plan you choose, you’ll receive one plant with our hand-painted 6" clay pot, or one plant without any pot. Varieties will vary based on availability but may include plants like Philodendron Pink Princess, Alocasia Cuprea, Black Jewel Orchid, rare Hoyas, Begonias and Anthurium etc. Please read before ordering: The value of each plant we are sending you will probably fluctuate depending on how rare it is, but please be assured that at the end of 6 months you will be getting the best value for your money, and the total amount will average out. Also, since these are all small-batch plants we won't be able to offer any replacement or refunds unless there was an issue reported within 3 days of the shipment delivery (with photos). Stunning Leaves of Rhaphidophora Decursiva Decursiva is robust climbing aroid with long aerial roots. In their natural habitat the leaves of this plant can grow up to 40 inches long. These plants are often categorized as Monstera, but despite having common descendants these are two different genera. You can use a moss poll to support its vining growth. To start, you’ll receive our favorite hardy plants that are easy to care for. As you grow in confidence each month, we’ll slowly introduce you to more exotic species and provide you with easy, friendly instructions on how to sustain your plants as you build lasting plant-care habits. Depending on the plan you choose, you will receive a plant with a 6" clay pot and saucer. Some months we send fun exercises along with planting tools/accessories. Shipping Your first plant will ship immediately. We ship plants Nationwide and shipping cost is calculated during checkout. Plants are sensitive creatures, and we have many years of experience packing each kit with a lot of care. All packages are sent through USPS or UPS. For our New York customers we offer a very economical (and social) option of Pick-Up from our Williamsburg showroom - Horti PLAY. Please check our FAQs for more details on shipping and pickup. Pothos Hanging Basket

Pothos is also known as the devil's ivy, because it is almost impossible to kill. It is popular in temperate regions and is a great choice for a houseplant. It can handle low-light conditions and is known to be an excellent air-purifier. All of it’s varieties have long-growing, leafy vines, some that can reach 40 feet or more in tropical jungles. We have these hanging plant baskets in two manageable sizes that can be repotted easily, or you can keep them as is. Marble Queen has white variegation on leaves. Golden has yellow variegation.
