KLIM Care Instructions
Wash GORE‑TEX® garments when the DWR no longer beads water or when they look dirty. Use a mild liquid detergent, add an extra rinse cycle, and avoid detergents with high surfactant levels. After washing, tumble dry fully, then dry for an additional 20 minutes to reactivate DWR. Test DWR by sprinkling water; if it beads, the garment is ready. If not, apply a heat‑activated spray‑on DWR (e.g., Revivex) and tumble dry again. Do not use bleach, chlorine, or wash‑in DWR treatments. For leather pieces, condition as needed and avoid high heat drying. Follow care tag instructions and, if dry‑cleaning, request a clear distilled solvent rinse and spray repellent.
KLIM offers a return and fit guarantee that allows customers to return or exchange items that do not fit or meet expectations, provided the return is made within the applicable return period. Free returns are available for orders shipped within the United States; international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days, be new, unused, resalable, free of wear, damage, odors, dirt, stains, pet hair, or alterations, and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Returns for purchases made directly on KLIM.com may result in a full refund to the original payment method, an exchange, or store credit. Refunds are issued to the default credit card on the KLIM account. Items bought from authorized dealers or other third parties must be returned to the original retailer and follow that retailer’s return policy.
If a KLIM product does not fit as expected, initiate a return or exchange within 30 days. Customer Service can assist with sizing and fit recommendations. Contact: 208‑552‑7433 or customerservice@klim.com.
Eligible customers may choose a refund to the original payment method, an exchange for a different size, color, or product, or store credit at the current retail value.

How to use a KLIM coupon
1Choose an offer above and read its conditions. Copy the code if one is provided.
2Open KLIM and add eligible items to your basket.
3For a code offer, look for a promo-code or discount field in the basket or checkout and apply the code. No-code offers may apply automatically; follow the offer instructions.
4Check the discount, delivery cost, and final total before paying.
A code can fail because it has expired, has already been used, excludes your items, needs a minimum spend, or is limited to a particular account or country. Check the offer details, remove extra spaces, and confirm whether another promotion is already applied. Try a different offer if the conditions do not match your order.
A past success is a useful signal, not a guarantee for every basket. After trying an offer, share whether it worked to help other KLIM shoppers.
