Functional repair and replacement
Peak Design’s standard lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures that render eligible products non‑functional. The remedy is repair or a functioning replacement in the same or better condition; replacements may be open‑box, used, or refurbished. The warranty excludes cosmetic wear, scratches, stains, misuse, neglect, accidents, intentional damage, factory seconds, counterfeit items, and products made by other manufacturers. Apparel has separate manufacturing‑defect coverage, not the standard warranty. Rechargeable‑battery products have a separate 2‑year defect coverage from purchase; normal battery wear, incompatible chargers, and unauthorized repairs or modifications are excluded. Lost or stolen items are not replaced, and inspection may be required.
