A code can fail because it has expired, has already been used, excludes your items, needs a minimum spend, or is limited to a particular account or country. Check the offer details, remove extra spaces, and confirm whether another promotion is already applied. Try a different offer if the conditions do not match your order.
A past success is a useful signal, not a guarantee for every basket. After trying an offer, share whether it worked to help other Riversol shoppers.
